As early at 1888, Hans Diglas was able to serve Emperor Franz Joseph a sweet snack in Türkenschanzpark. This milk bar still exists today. At Meierei Diglas, fresh desserts are made according to the good old recipe from the company’s confectioner’s in “Kleinen Diglas” at Fleischmarkt.
