In the 23rd district of the city, you walk through a glazed corridor, the ‘Brotway’, around the bakery. It provides a revealing insight into the daily work of a bakery or patisserie. Touchscreens, loudspeakers and information on the glass explain the production process from the mill to the bread.

The Zuckerlwerkstatt is located in Herrengasse in the city centre. A show production, where you can watch sweets being made live, takes place three times a day.
Parémi in Bäckerstraße
Parémi is located in Bäckerstraße, where you can watch handmade baguettes, éclairs and croissants being made. The bakery is always open to the public. Interested visitors can take a look at the traditional French art of baking.
Augarten Vienna Porcelain Manufactory
During a tour, you can see how much attention to detail goes into the production of each individual piece. The guided tours also give visitors an insight into the production process.
